Welcome to Gameverohub. These terms cover how to book with us and what to expect on your guided fishing tour or outdoor trip. By booking with us, you agree to these terms—please read them before you commit.
You may book our trips online or by phone for lawful recreational purposes only. You agree to follow all fishing regulations, treat our guides and equipment with respect, and follow safety instructions on the water.
Every fishing charter or guided tour is defined in a booking confirmation that sets out the date, duration, location, guide, price and what's included. That confirmation takes precedence over any general information on this website.
Booking fees and payment schedules are set out in your confirmation email. A deposit is due to secure your date; the balance is due before your trip departs. Invoices show payment terms clearly, and full payment must be received by the due date.
All participants must wear Coast Guard–approved life jackets at all times during boat tours and river trips. Gameverohub provides properly fitted jackets for every guest; please inform your fishing guide of any fit concerns before departure. Swimming ability is not required, but we ask that you inform us of any medical conditions that might affect your comfort on the water.
We supply all fishing equipment, tackle, and bait for your guided tour. Bring sunscreen, a hat, polarized sunglasses, and weather-appropriate clothing. Layering is wise—water temperatures can differ from the shore. A light rain jacket is useful year-round. Snacks and water are welcome; we also offer beverages and simple refreshments on select charters.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled fishing trip receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full, but we'll do our best to move your outdoor travel to another date at no extra cost if availability allows. Bad weather may prompt us to reschedule your boat tour; we'll contact you as soon as possible with alternatives.
